Dave Bittorf

DMA Instructor Audrey Blumeneau

Courses

  • 3D Game Creation I with Maya
  • 3D Game Creation II with Maya

In May of 2003, Dave Bittorf graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor’s degree in Art with a focus of Computer Animation. Recently, Dave has been working with a team of people from Sony in San Diego to help better simulate his curriculum to real world studio production. Currently he is an animation instructor at Platt College, San Diego teaching Intro to Maya. Animated 3D logos, environments and walk cycles are highlights of his courses.

Dave is also working with Attic Door Productions creating 13th Doll : The 7th Guest Part III, a video game for both Mac and PC. He is responsible for modeling, texturing, and lighting environments for the game. The 13th Doll has been featured in magazines such as The Inventory (May 2005). The game has been in production since the summer of 2004.

When Dave is not creating 3D artwork at the computer you can find him painting traditional 2D artwork for homes and businesses. He started this business in 1999 and is often working along side his twin brother under the business name Mirror Image.
