Course Description

In this course, you’ll gain a solid working knowledge of Maya's 3D visual effects toolset, as well as basic compositing skills in After Effects. In Maya, we’ll explore rigid and soft body dynamics, particle systems, fluids, paint effects, cloth and hair. These tools can create a wide range of powerful effects, such as fire and explosions, rain and snow, plants and
simple crowd systems. You’ll also learn methods for
integrating animation and visual effects with live action footage for the highest degree of realism.
