Flash ActionScript and Programming

Taking Your Flash Skills to the Next Level

Building on basic Flash knowledge, this class will extend your capabilities by introducing you to ActionScipt, the scripting language for Flash.  You will gain a greater understanding of programming techniques and the visual elements of ActionScript. We’ll begin by exploring some intermediate interactivity design patterns, continue through basic game design, and progress to professional web design structures. Near the end of the course, each student will complete an individual project suitable for immediate web distribution. By the end of the course, you’ll have the ability to create a variety of Flash projects with high levels of interactivity, video, sound, and stunning visual effects. No previous ActionScript experience is required.

This course will help students prepare to become an Adobe Certified Expert. Learn more about Adobe Certification
