About Johns Hopkins University
The Johns Hopkins University, founded in 1876, is a world leader in both teaching and research. The main campus, Homewood, is located in northern Baltimore and features a park-like atmosphere and Georgian-inspired architecture. In addition to the beautiful Johns Hopkins campus, DMA attendees will enjoy the world-renowned harbor and charming historic neighborhoods that make Baltimore a standard for urban renewal. Be sure not to miss the popular waterfront area, with its stores, restaurants, attractions and seasonal entertainment like outdoor concerts, fireworks and parades.
