Peter Borotto​

Curriculum Designer & Lead Instructor for Music Production

Peter is a producer, composer and educator from Washington D.C. accomplished on guitar, bass, drums, piano and brass. He has performed extensively, including at prestigious venues like the Kennedy Center, and written for Warner Music, NBC, Bravo, TLC, ESPN, Hallmark and Discovery. He also has received multiple industry awards for his music in adverts.

As an educator, Peter’s audio engineering and music production curricula have been distributed across North America. He can dissect any song by ear and invariably includes industry-relevant examples, from Dolly Parton to Diplo, in his teaching. He graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Music Performance in Composition with minors in conducting and recording from The University of North Carolina. In short, Peter is your ticket to developing into a multitalented music producer equipped to make a living in the 21st-century music industry.

Fact: Peter can produce the grimiest dubstep wobble bass or the most beautiful string section you’ve ever heard.

Instructor for Music Production

Pepe is a producer, drummer, percussionist, voice-over artist and AV expert from Quito. For 25+ years, he has performed on stage and as a session musician for top acts, including the renowned singer Sergio Sacoto. Well-versed across pop, rock, jazz, blues, funk, Latin, Caribbean, house, techno… you name it, Pepe’s got it.

As an educator, Pepe has taught for the last 20 years at one of the most prestigious music programs in South America. His curricula for songwriting and music production have been taught by school teachers and university lecturers across Ecuador. Integrating the most up-to-date music technology with core compositional techniques, Pepe has supported many former students to reach top colleges and music programs around the globe.
