Austin Tech Camps
Since 2003, thousands of students have taken our STEM courses to learn new skills and be creative in a collaborative environment. Our Austin, Texas summer camp has some of the longest serving instructors at DMA who bring their wealth of knowledge and experience to guide students through their projects. This dedication makes our courses an amazing experience for kids and teens ages 9 to 18 looking to discover and deepen their passions through an impactful learning experience.
Students can learn about video game design, filmmaking, robotics, 3D printing, animation and more. Our Austin program has available overnight housing for those interested in extra time to explore the university and the local area. Both overnight and day campers will be able to participate in fun and engaging group activities while making new friends from all over the world.
Last year, UT Austin’s Texas Advanced Computing Center (TACC) independently researched Digital Media Academy’s Tech Camps and their impacts on student outcomes and attitudes towards technology education. Click the button on the right to download the complete report.
